2, FN+ CAPS will lock the FN key. Then can use the arrow key/DEL key/FN key funtions seperately.

Blutooth Connection Tips
Please press FN+P to turn on BLUETOOH pair mode, CAPS key will flash, after bluetooth connect successfully, press FN + ” ]} ” to turn on the backlit and adjust the brightness.
FN+Q control the first connected bluetooth device as default, please press FN+W/E to connect the second/third bluetooth device, do not need to press FN+P any more.
Next time use, just switch ON button, your prior bluetooth connections will automatically connected (FN+Q/W/E for different connections), do not press FN+P any more, otherwise it will turn into waiting-for-pair mode, your prior connection will off.
