Without batteries, connect to the power supply. The 4 lights are on and the LED is green
Install the battery properly and fix it properly.
After loading the battery, from the left, the fourth LED lights are red, indicating charging. (from left) the first bright green light, when the voltage is 11V, second lights green, when the voltage is 12V, third lights green, then the current is less than 650mA, fourth lights turn green, then the current is less than 50mA, the battery is full. 4 lights indicate fullness of 30%, 50%, 80%, 100%.
