1.What’s the version of this device?
It’s V2014.2.
2.Does it connect via bluetooth?
No, it has no bluetooth and should be connected to PC via the USB cable.
3.Does it support update online?
No, both the software and hardware can’t be updated online. But you can reinstall 2014.3 or 2015.3 if the software in CD doesn’t support your car/truck.
4.What PC systems it supports?
It supports Windows XP, Win7/8/10.
5.Does it support 32 or 64 bit?
Yes, it supports both 32 and 64 bit.
6.Does it support 24V heavy duty vehicles?
Yes, it supports 12-24V vehicles, including the 24V HD vehicles.
7.Why there is bluetooth logo on one of the lables in the box?
Pls neglect the bluetooth logo on the label. If there is a bluetooth label sticked on the device, then it’s bluetooth version. If not, then it’s none bluetooth version.
8.I don’t know how to install the software, what should I do?
