- Why is there no response when pressing power button, home button and/or inserting the SIM card

Because when you press the two buttons simultaneously, the machine enters the “restore to factory default settings” interface. In order to quit this interface the device should be shutdown by long pressing power button and then you need to reboot it.
- Can I download other themes or interfaces to my watch

It only supports built-in themes and interfaces and you cannot download others.
- What is the difference between inserting the SIM card and not

If you insert the SIM card you can independently use most of its functions without connecting to your cellphone. While if you do not insert the SIM card, some functions will not work.
